Damaged hair.. how to hide it with a cute hair style or products?

Question by : Damaged hair.. how to hide it with a cute hair style or products?
Okay so i have really badly damaged hair, somedays its just bearable to look at but the next day its just a mess so basically there is nothing i can do to repair it I just have to wait until it grows and i will just keep cutting the ends but my problem is not just the ends i did serious damage to the top half of my hair so I cant get rid of it just by cutting the ends.. the hair in the back and under are in better condition and the new growth is better too.. but i have a date in the end of january and i want to look perfect/…we are really in love and he is coming to see me from another state.. anyways I dont my hair to mess with my confidence i want to look my best … any cute hairstyle ideas? or products to atleast make it look temporarily bouncy and shiny? My hair is naturally wavy and slightly curly.. if i brush it the curls go away.. also its very thin and breaks easily..
i also have lost a lot of weight recently but unfortulately i still dont have a flat belly and im working on it… i want to now just tone my body and not get any skinnier.. i want that firm lean look.. i m soft and i hate it! my height is 5’9″ and i weigh 134 pounds… when i start running everyday i begin to loose muscle and the fat doest go away from my mid section…. when i m standing straight i look thin but when im sitting down or leaning you can notice my ugly flab :( i hate it.. how can i tone my muscle and just loose the fat?? i never thought weight loss was going to be so complicated!! please let me know if i can do it in three weeks or less with diet and exercise? thats not going to kill my muslce thanks thats is definitely a lot to ask but thank you!

eat a lot of salmon fish, walnuts, wash your hair only once a week, keep them covered with scarf to avoid dirt etc, drink lot of water and fruit juice daily, massage your hair with oil before shampoo, eat raw green vegetables, avoid fat, all in all try to be as natural as possible, do some exercise daily like jogging and jumping, avoid waking up late in night,as soon as you start to yawn go to sleep.

if you do all the things above then you will have healthy hair and the will be resistant to more external damage i.e. you can try more hairstyles, iron em curl em do watever wiv em and it wont damage em so try and good luck :)

If your hair is badly damaged than go to the salon and get your hair trimmed. Then stop killing your hair. I have the same hair as you. I used to straighten most of the time and then it looked like crap . I then stopped got it cut and now it looks good. Maybe you could put your hair up in a messy bun or a fishtail braid. I always use braids to cover up my hair if it’s not looking to good.

Honestly that “ugly flab” is normal. It’s just skin and there is now way to get rid of it unless you want to tone that stomach. Start to do abs excersies. Oh and you have the perfect weight. I wish I had your weight. :)

First we will deal with your hair there are a few way you can cover this but they might not work as well due to the lack of time, but i suggest getting down to your local health store and piccking up either:
    -100% almond Oil
    -100% coconut oil
    -Extra virgin olive oil
Any of these three oil types will do the job once you have got them you’ll need to take the next steps.
-cover hair in oil, taking special care to cover all damaged area, cover with clingfilm
-go into your bathroom and make sure window and door is closed and run a hot bath but making the room steamy, relax for an hour or so steaming, this will be like a home version of steaming your hair. once you have done that you can wash your hair as normal maybe using a extra moisturising shampoo like Matrix smooththerapie smoothing shampoo. you could then use curlers to style hair and then not brush out the curls to much to keep them looking in shape.

your going to need to make sure you keep your hair nourished to help it look better while you are growing out the damage.

Now onto toning up, My partner is a fitness instructor so i’m forever being otld how to do things properly. If you just wasnt to tone up, running is not going to do the trick because it is cardiovascular its going to make you use all your body but also burn more fat at the same time what you now need to do is core excersises. I’ll list a few things that i do for each problem area.

Arms: I use small hand weights to start with (3KG in weight) and gradually increase over the months but doing 12 curls(hammer curls/bicep curls) on each arm and 12 over head raises (overhead tricep extensions). each week i increase my sets so for next week do 12 curls and 12 arm raises twice. so week three do 2 sets of 12 and so on

Legs: i find squats the most effective and the better you get you can then start adding weights aswell to increase you leg stregth, the video i have added starts with doing squats and lateral raises i would advise you start off with just the squat

Tummy: I do about 4 different styles of sit up including leg raises to keep my tummy toned but it was not easy to start with, the key when doing a sit up is to count outloud which then forces yu to breathe. most people hold their breathe doing a sit up and this doesnt help at all.
